Refund Policy

At Lumina, we want you to love your swimwear and feel confident when you wear it. Because swimwear is an intimate item made with care and sustainability in mind, we have a few simple guidelines to keep everyone happy.

 

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns or exchanges for change of mind only if:

  • The item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and hygiene stickers attached.
     

  • The return or exchange request is made within 10 days of receiving your order.
     

  • The customer covers the cost of return postage.
     

Please understand that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the hygiene sticker has been removed or the item has been tried on.

 

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at lumina.swimstyle@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
You can choose to receive a replacement or a refund, subject to stock availability.

 

Sale and Final Sale Items

Items purchased during sales or marked as final sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless faulty.

 

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
